“Martoni Edilfox” structured PVC pipes are co-extruded using two or three extruders and a special die head, producing a solid three-layer pipe. The inner and outer walls are made of high-performance PVC-U, while the central layer is made of microcellular closed-cell expanded PVC-U. Thanks to this innovative manufacturing process, they can be easily integrated with existing PVC pipes and fittings compliant with EN 1329. The H-beam-like structure and materials enhance performance while reducing natural resource consumption.
